Unfortunately, sometimes we aren’t able to come to an agreement with the buyer.

If so, it’s disappointing, but the best thing we can do is move on quickly and look forward.  We’ll continue with showings, open houses, marketing etc.  Keep your chin up. We’ll find the right buyer. 

Not all buyers are equal. We may choose to not accept a buyer’s offer because we have feedback indicating we could get a better offer, financing doesn’t look promising, they are requesting too much in consessions, or they just don’t want to negotiate. Do not worry, we will get a better offer and possibly soon.
