One of the things the mortgage underwriter will require you to do at some point during the underwriting process is to set up Homeowner’s Insurance and it is better to get a start on this task now. For most people, your home is the biggest purchase you will ever make and you want to make sure it’s properly insured.

Our advice is to shop around for your homeowner’s insurance, rates and policies can vary dramatically. There are a lot of good companies and agents out there, start with the company that insures your car or home now. Then shop at least 1 more to make sure you are getting the coverage and the service you want. The following insurance agents are on our preferred list, they would be happy to discuss quotes with you:

Rob Owens | Owens Agency Inc. | American Family Insurance | Office (303) 693-8877 | cell: (303) 807-6326 | rowens1@amfam.com | www.robowensagency.com | 19590 E Mainstreet Suite 100-3 Parker

Jeremy Curzio | Compass Insurance | Office: (303) 996-9000 | jeremy@quotecompass.com | compassinsurancegroup.com
