Now that the Inspection and appraisal deadlines have passed and everything has been negotiated AND we have a clear to close, it’s time to put the closing date on your calendar.
Usually the seller does not sign at the same time as the buyers. Therefore, we can schedule your portion of the closing whenever it is convenient for you on closing day.
